TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - We'll still monitoring a developing low pressure system in the Bay of Campeche. Though it's slowly drifting towards the north and east, newest computer model guidance want to throw this system back into Mexico or keep it to the south rather than veering it towards south Florida, as the track indicated on Monday. Because of this update, we're expecting even fewer impacts locally from this system if it does develop. Currently it has a moderate chance of forming into our next named system. If it does transition into a tropical storm, it would be called Hanna.
