MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Tropical Storm Otto continues to organize more, and as of the 7am ET advisory, the system has maximum sustained winds at 70 mph. The storm is forecast to become a hurricane before making landfall near the Nicaraguan and Costa Rican borders by Thanksgiving.
No other tropical threat exists at this time.
