TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Mostly cloudy skies and a few light showers this morning will clear quickly by lunchtime. Brisk northwest winds at 15-20 mph will gust to 25-30 mph today. A high pressure system will move close to out area tonight, and calm winds will allow lows tomorrow morning to fall to the low to mid 30s. Patchy light frost is possible, especially in our south GA and south AL counties. Skies tomorrow will be sunny, but high temperatures will only warm to the low 60s.
Another cold front will approach the area on Thursday night, increasing rain chances to 40% overnight. Rain will be widespread and possibly heavy at times on Friday, with afternoon highs in the high 70s. A few thunderstorms are possible on Saturday, with 40% rain chances continuing through the day. Highs on Saturday will be near 80. Sunday and Monday will feature clearing skies and near average temperatures in the mid 70s.
