ATTENTION: A Small Craft Advisory is still in effect for coastal and offshore waters across the Big Bend. This remains in effect until 11:00am ET.

MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Irma is now a tropical depression and now the cyclone will continue to drift northwest away from our local area. Locally, our pattern for the week starts off cooler than average before returning to a more seasonable September pattern before week's end.

Tuesday: The day starts off cool, cloudy, and even breezy for some, with lows mainly in the lower 60s (lower in the 70s near the coast). Highs today are forecast to reach the lower to mid 80s. Clouds will steadily clear out, allowing for the return of sunshine before sunset!

Beach and Boating forecast information and your Tuesday Tide Times are below. Breezy conditions along the Big Bend waters will allow for a HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK.

ATTENTION: A Small Craft Advisory is still in effect for coastal and offshore waters across the Big Bend. This remains in effect until 11:00am ET.

Wednesday and Thursday: Warmth in the afternoons will steadily return, but morning lows for both days are forecast to be in the lower to upper 60s (cooler on Wednesday). Highs are forecast to be in the mid to upper 80s. As more moisture returns from the Gulf of Mexico, isolated shower/storm coverage returns as well (30% coverage).

Friday through Saturday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible with 40% coverage anticipated. Morning lows are forecast to be near 70° with highs near 90°.

Sunday and Monday: A few showers/storms are possible with coverage dropping to 20-30%, lows near 70°, and highs in the lower 90s.
