MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Waves of moisture exist near and north of the Bahamas, associated with an upper-level disturbance nearby. There is also a cluster of moisture and storms straddling the northern coast of Panama in the far southern Caribbean.
A separate system has emerged in the far eastern Atlantic off the west Africa coast. As with previous ones of this nature at this phase of the season, it's highly unlikely to thrive as it approaches a drier environment with faster upper-atmospheric winds.
None of these features are showing progress toward further organization and development in the near-term outlook.
