MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Several patches of disturbed weather exist in sections of the Atlantic basin, but the combination of disruptive upper-level winds in the Gulf region and a lack of widespread moisture in the southern latitudes of the north Atlantic should be enough to inhibit any significant tropical developments over the next few days ahead.
