MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

Rain is isolated in eastern counties, but locally strong near the tri-state region, where most of those storms are moving north. Aside from a few spots of heavy rain near and west of the Flint River this evening, showers and storms will remain isolated, with breaking cloud cover later tonight. Lows will drop into the low to mid 70s. Highs Wednesday will reach near 90°, with a broader scattering of rain and thunderstorms possible. Highest coverage will still be near the coast and in the western half of the area. A chance for a few showers and storms will continue through the rest of the week with minimal temperature trend change. It will remain warmer than average through the weekend.
