TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Tropical Storm Hanna has now dissipated but there is still something to watch elsewhere in the Atlantic. A tropical disturbance is located northeast of the Virgin Islands. As upper level winds continue to increase in the area, organization of this storm is unlikely (about 20%) in the next 5 days. The disturbance will continue to cause some heavy rains for the Caribbean islands as it tracks north-northeast.
