MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- We have a new Tropical Depression in the open Atlantic. As of the latest advisory, the system is moving to the WNW 21 mph with maximum sustained winds of 30 mph.
The system is expected to continue to battle harsh conditions as it travels to the WNW, likely moving north of the Lesser Antilles. At this point in time, it is NOT expected to become a tropical storm.
