TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Hurricane Otto is continuing to churn in the southwest Caribbean Sea. This storm is now a category 2 with sustained winds of 105 mph, with a westward movement of 8 mph. It is possible that the storm may strengthen a some before making landfall in Central America. After landfall, Hurricane Otto is expected to weaken quickly and enter into the Pacific Ocean as a tropical storm. This is not a concern to our region.
