TALlAHASSEE (WTXL) - Tropical Depression 9 has transitioned into a post tropical system as it interacts with the mountainous terrain of the Yucatan Peninsula. It will continue to weaken as it advances into the western Caribbean where it will remain a post tropical system. There are still no localized impacts expected from this system. Elsewhere, the Atlantic Basin remain quiet.
