TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- A high pressure continues to sit in the western Atlantic still bringing in southeasterly winds and humid air to the area. This, of course, means that we'll likely see another day of scattered rain and thunderstorms. Moving into the weekend, the high pressure is expected to strengthen which will drop our rain chances just a bit.
Today, however, we have a 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon. Aside from that, we'll likely see partly to mostly cloudy conditions for most of the day. Highs heat to the upper 80s and low 90s with a southeast wind, 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight will be another cloudy one with lows in the lower to mid 70s.
