MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- More Summer-like warmth continues with highs getting closer to 90 degrees. Rain coverage looks to return by early next week. Until then, expect fair and hotter weather.
Thursday: Another clear start is anticipated with varying morning lows (50s in South-Central Georgia, 60s in the Big Bend and Southwest Georgia, and temperatures near 70° along the coast). Uniform warmth is forecast for this afternoon with mainly sunny skies. Expect highs to be in the mid to upper 80s yet again, with lower 80s near the coast.

Friday and Saturday: High pressure will still be in control. Friday and Saturday are pretty similar with morning lows expected to be in the 50s/60s under clear skies. Highs are anticipated to reach 90° by Friday and Saturday. No rain is expected, though more clouds are possible.
Sunday through Wednesday: A weak disturbance is anticipated to approach the region and stall south of us through early next week. This will increase cloudiness and re-introduce rain coverage, though widespread rains are NOT anticipated. Expect lows in the mid 60s with highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s. Rain coverage in this period is forecast to be around 10-20%.
