MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The tropical disturbance that's been hugging the northernmost islands of the Lesser Antilles has started to encounter faster upper-level winds which will disrupt future intensification efforts. Therefore, the chances of it growing into an organized tropical system are extremely low.
A few other areas of moisture exist in parts of the open Atlantic and the far southern Caribbean, but none of these have a decent potential to develop.
