MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A stretch of clouds from the northern side of the western North Atlantic south into the far southern Caribbean isn't posing a huge threat for future development. Moisture has clustered on its far southern end, close to Panama, where there is a slim chance for any sort of tropical development. Upper-level winds are too strong to promote any significant strengthening.
The rest of the Atlantic basin will remain quiet for the next several days.
