MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A couple of minor low-pressure circulations in the northern Atlantic no longer have a noticeable chance to become subtropical or tropical systems. Aside from a few waves of disorganized moisture, there are no formations in the tropical Atlantic basin that are causing any significant concern.
