MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The only noteworthy feature in the tropical Atlantic basin is a small disturbance about 1,100 miles east of the Lesser Antilles with limited chances to develop further in the next few days. No other areas in the open waters have significant intensification chances because of various factors, including fast upper-level winds and a generally dry atmospheric environment in portions of the Atlantic basin.
