MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The only disturbance of minor concern is moving north of Puerto Rico and becoming heavily impacted by a nearby cold front, which will eliminate any future chances of the disturbance becoming a separate subtropical or tropical system.
Other waves of moisture in the southern latitudes of the Atlantic and off the U.S. Eastern Seaboard basically have no chance to become tropical systems.
