MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Hurricane Otto made landfall Thursday near the Nicaragua/Costa Rica border in Central America. The storm will cross over into the Pacific Ocean as it maintains a westerly track.
No other points of interest exist in the tropical Atlantic basin as we approach the final week of the 2016 hurricane season.
