MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Waves of moisture currently present in the Atlantic basin will still fight against a generally dry environment and a patch of faster upper-level winds over the Caribbean. These factors will continue to limit organization efforts. No tropical cyclones are being forecast in these waters through the weekend at least.
