MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

Today's showers and storms are confined to the coastal seabreeze and a few attempting to enter the region from the east-coast seabreeze flow. Isolated bouts of heavy rain can be encountered in these areas until just after sunset. Otherwise, clouds will start to fade, and temperatures will fall to lows in the middle 70s. Showers and storms Friday afternoon are expected to be few in number and focused in many of the same coastal and eastern zones. Highs will make their way into the low to mid 90s, with feels-like readings near 100° at times. Dry air will keep rain chances over the weekend relatively low Saturday, with a chance for widely scattered thunderstorm development Sunday as temperatures stay above-average.
