MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

Showers and thunderstorms are again limited to select sections near the Big Bend coast, and parts near and east of I-75, with activity moving to the southeast.  Isolated spot storms are possible elsewhere, but coverage and longevity will be short and brief.  A few downpours are possible from any areas of rain that form.  Clouds will break overnight with lows in the mid 70s.  A northwest flow will influence shower and storm production again Friday, with coverage around 40% of northern Florida counties and slightly less in southern Georgia.  Highs will range from near 90° at the beach to the mid 90s inland.  A couple of upper lows will impact weekend weather, producing a better chance for scattered to numerous instances of rain Saturday and Sunday.
