TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- The low pressure that's been sitting over much of the area is expected to slowly move eastward and away from us through the next 24 hours. A brief break in the rain may be possible as we start our weekend, but we'll likely be back to showers and storms by Sunday.
Tonight, expect cloudy skies with lows falling to the low 70s. Patchy fog may be possible as well. Rain chances decrease overnight.
Friday ends the work week with a mostly cloudy sky and afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Daytime highs are expected to reach into the mid and upper 80s with a south wind on hand. Friday night will be partly cloudy with the possibility of seeing a stray shower or two. Lows fall back near 70 degrees.
