MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

A few evening thunderstorms are possible in the tri-state (Florida/Georgia/Alabama junction) region while most other local spots will have variable cloudiness. A meandering front will finally get more of a solid shove to the southeast by late Friday and early Saturday. Until then, it will be occasionally cloudy, warm and humid with lows in the mid 60s to near 70s and highs Friday in the upper 70s to mid 80s. It will turn sharply cooler Saturday with some clearing, especially inland.  Temperatures will fall to near average with some returning cloud cover by late Sunday. Rain chances become widespread Monday and Tuesday before another cold snap arrives.
