MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- No organized system exist in the tropical waters of the Atlantic basin, and nothing is expected to form in the next few days.
An extended strip of moisture from the western Caribbean stretches northeastward through the Bahamas and into the western Atlantic. There are still no indications of a strengthening low-pressure system amid this mass of moisture. However, occasional impacts from rain may affect the Florida Keys, Straits, and the Bahamas through the weekend. Additional plumes of moisture may impact a similar stretch of the western Caribbean and southern Gulf through portions of next week.
