MINOCQUA, WI (WTXL / ABC) - A thirty-foot-tall snowman is greeting residents in a small town in northern Wisconsin. He wears a giant “Stormy Kromer” hat and is rightfully name is “Snowmy Kromer.”
He pays a visit to Minocqua every winter with the exception of last year due to the harsh conditions. But this year the snow fell and the city got busy.
It took the town a week to build and he should be on display for a while because the fire department sprayed him with water so now he’s turned to ice.
