MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Tropical Depression Fred has dissipated and remnants are all that remains. The remnants are on a north-northeastward path and should be completely gone over the next 24 hours. Advisories are being discontinued.
Tropical Storm Grace currently has 50 mph winds and moving west at 15 mph. Some strengthening could occur but it will be short lived due to dry air and high wind shear. Most computer models have it rapidly weakening 3 days out. Grace is not expected to reach hurricane status in the short-term. After it passes the Lesser Antilles, some strengthening may re-occur, but it is too far out to tell.
