TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Earl is now a Post-Tropical Cyclone. The major concern for this storm is still large swells that will affect Bermuda, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and parts of the East Coast.
We are still monitoring the low-pressure disturbance off the west coast of Africa, but the wave has a low chance of development over the next several days.
