MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The tropical Atlantic continues to look quiet with nothing too organized. A low to the west of Bermuda is very weak and doesn't look that it will likely develop into a depression. That and a few other disturbances across the Atlantic are present. But unfavorable conditions persist in the form of dry air and upper level wind shear.
