TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The low pressure system that was near the Yucatan Peninsula now has a near 0% chance of cyclonic formation. The system has become more disorganized and is not expected to go over the open waters again so it is likely not to strengthen into anything serious. This system could still produce heavy rainfall over southeastern Mexico and parts of the Yucatan.
