MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Atlantic Ocean is quiet. The only disturbance with any potential is the batch of storms in the western Caribbean that was once Tropical Depression 9. Unfavorable upper level winds continue to hinder the system as it tracks to the west/northwest. It has a 20% chance of developing within the next 5 days.
