MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Post-Tropical Cyclone Hermine continues to stall over the waters off the coast of the Del-Mar-Va region.
Coastal areas stretching from Delaware up to eastern Massachusetts are under Tropical Storm Warnings as the storm, while not tropical, is still capable of producing winds up to 70 mph.
By Tuesday, the cyclone may strengthen further as it gets closer to the coast of the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. After that, it is expected to get accelerate toward the northeast, away from the U.S. It may affect Nova Scotia on its exit.
In addition to Hermine, there is a tropical wave approaching the Lesser Antilles. It has a 30% chance of developing in the next five days. It is forecast to move to the west/northwest over the next several days.
