Tropical Depression Karen has downgraded to a remnant-low and will merge with the old front that is approaching the Tallahassee region.  The combination of the two will create scattered rain and thunderstorms for the Panhandle tonight into tomorrow afternoon.  There is a flash flood watch for the region into tomorrow morning.  1 - 3 inches of rain is possible.

A tropical wave 500 miles off of the coast of the Cape Verde Islands has a 10% chance of forming into a tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours.  It is traveling W-NW at 10 - 15 mph.
