TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Tropical Storm Leslie continues to be the only activity within the Atlantic Basin.
This storm is still about 670 miles east of Bermuda with sustained winds of 50 mph. Leslie continues to move very slowly toward the west southwest, 5 mph.
Tropical Storm Leslie is expected to continue meandering in the central Atlantic Ocean for the next several days where is could gradually strengthen. By the later part of the week, Leslie is forecast to turn back toward the north, and move over its previous track. This storm does not pose a threat to land.
At this time, no other area of interest is expected to develop in the next five days.
