TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- An area of low pressure sitting over Oklahoma continues pushing toward our region. This low is expected to help increase our clouds as we begin our next work week, and also bring rain chances back to the forecast. As for the temperatures, we'll be significantly warmer than last week as highs are expected to climb into the lower 70s by the end of the week.
Tonight, our clouds will be increasing with a light east wind, about 5 to 10 mph. Overnight lows will slowly fall to the upper 30s and lower 40s.
Monday will be a fairly cloudy day with minimal peeks of sun. Daytime highs are expected to reach near 62 degrees, which is seasonal for this time of year. Winds remain from the east at about 5 to 10 mph. Due to the low pressure nearing us, there is a 20 percent chance of seeing very isolated rain showers Monday night. Lows for Monday and through the rest of the week are expected to fall into the mid 50s.
