TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Sunday proved to be a rainy day as an area of low pressure and cold front neared the region. This wet weather will continue through the overnight hours with pockets of heavier rain still possible. Once these features pass us, we'll see our rain chances drop off and winds become more northerly.
Tonight, lows fall to the lower and mid 50s with rain still likely though the early morning hours of Monday. Winds will become north to northwesterly, but will be light, about 5 mph.
Monday will start cloudy, with in isolated shower or two still possible. Overall though, most of us will be seeing much drier weather and overcast skies. Through the course of the afternoon, our skies will gradually clear with highs reaching the mid 60s. Winds may be a bit breezy as well, northwest about 5 to 15 mph. Monday night will have clearer skies, calm winds, and lows that fall to the upper 30s.
