MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
All strong storms have concluded for the night. Clouds will diminish, leaving breaks of clear sky and plenty of mildness. Lows will be in the mid 70s, with some lower 70s in areas that received rain. The heat wave stays in place, but may be offset by more of those scattered, but potentially strong, afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Coverage of rain may reach 30% of the area, after highs break into the mid and upper 90s. Feels-like readings will range between 101° and 108° during peak heating hours of the early afternoon. There isn't much of a shift in this current pattern for the foreseeable future; spotty afternoon storms will be a part of the ongoing hotter-than-average weather regime.
