Storm Team Wednesday Morning Forecast (10/30/13)

Posted

Deep layer ridging will continue this afternoon over the Gulf of Mexico, allowing us to have above average temperatures once again today! Skies will be mostly sunny, and then turn partly cloudy tonight. Thursday, we could see a few more clouds in the afternoon, and some western counties have a slight chance of seeing a light rain shower. High’s will still be a little over 80 degrees. By Friday, a deep trough will help push a strong cold front towards our region. We could see rain showers and thunderstorms here Friday evening and throughout the night. Saturday will begin cloudy and wet with showers and thunderstorms. Clearing will begin in the late afternoon and evening, just in time for the FSU vs. UM game. After the cold front passes through, prepare for much drier and cooler conditions. Sunday will be sunny but cool with highs only reaching 73. Monday and Tuesday looks partly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 70’s.

Have a great Wednesday!
