Storm Team Wednesday morning forecast (06/12/2013)

The entire region is already starting the day warmer than normal, and those temperatures will continue to rise! This morning, the entire region was in the lower to mid 70s. Dry air is pushing into the panhandle and North Florida and will bring about mostly clear skies while lowering the rain chance today below 20%. The heat is on in Tallahassee, where it will warm up to 97 degrees this afternoon. Some isolated areas further inland may even see the thermometer reach 100. The high temperatures and humidity of Florida could make it feel like it is past the century mark, even if it is still in the mid to upper 90s outside. Outdoor afternoon activity should be limited, and be sure to keep hydrated! The rest of the week contains more hot summer weather. Highs will be in the mid 90s and overnight lows will linger in the lower 70s. Rain chances will stay in the 20-30% range for the  next 7 days.
