TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Freeze warnings continue this morning as temps will fall to the low to mid 30s. Mostly sunny skies will propel temps back up to the low to mid 60s this afternoon, right around the seasonal average. Overnight, it'll be chilly again in the mid 30s. Thursday, high pressure moves eastbound allowing winds to turn from the Gulf ushering in more warmth and more moisture. That'll allow temps to get to the mid 60s. Our next system advances from the Gulf bringing widespread storms as soon as early Friday. Temps will be the warmest we've seen all week in the upper 60s and Saturday follows suit with a similar pattern, albeit a lot drier. A few more showers are possible Sunday as temps drop on the back side of a cold front. Mid 50s will be our target high temp through Martin Luther King Jr. Day as overnight lows tumble again near freezing.
