Dense fog will begin to lift and gone by our early afternoon hours. We will continue to see warm and humid conditions, while the rest of the nation will feel a cold arctic blast of air. A ridge will continue to build over the southeast that will block the colder air from moving directly into our region. With this warm and humid air mass we are seeing, it will produce the chance for showers for each day during the rest of the week and into the weekend. Temps will stay in the upper 70’s with some places possibly topping out near 80 on Thursday. A weak cold front will stall just to the Northwest of us on Saturday and drive up our rain chances to 30% during the day. By Monday a second cold front will push through bringing us a bit more rain. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a 40% chance of showers. Temperatures are also expected to cool down and return to average by Tuesday afternoon.
Happy Wednesday!
