TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A much milder set up compared to past days with temps only in the low 50s this morning compared to mid 30s yesterday! A persistent breeze from the east and northeast is to thank for the not as chilly temps. Expect the warmer trend to continue this afternoon with highs cracking the 70° mark for the first time since Saturday. Expect the mild to warm trend to continue into the beginning of next work week with overnight lows in the 50s and daytime highs in the mid to upper 70s Thanksgiving and beyond. High pressure on the east coast allowing winds to blow in from the Atlantic allows for this continual set up. Despite moisture increasing, however, we'll only see clouds build but no real rainfall threat til next work week.
