Storm Team Wednesday morning forecast (06/15/2016)

Posted

TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - High pressure still overall dominating our pattern today limiting storm chances to only being scattered in nature late in the morning and through the afternoon. Expect enough sunshine to allow temps to start off in the mid 70s this morning and peak in the mid 90s this afternoon. Expect this temp trend to continue to the end of the work week. A cold front moves into the Southeast for the end of the work week increasing storm chances. The potential for scattered storm coverage sticks with us into the first half of the weekend as the front passes by. Winds shift out of the north and north east ushering in cooler air. Highs will only be in the mid to upper 80s for Saturday and Father's Day! Rain chances turn more isolated in nature for Sunday and Monday as temps slowly creep upward again to the upper 80s and low 90s.
