Storm Team Wednesday morning forecast (10/16/2013)

and last updated

Today looks like one of the last days that we will see without any rainfall. Winds today shift out of the east which will bring us a little bit more low level moisture, which could make things feel stickier today, than yesterday.

Temperatures warm up into the mid 80s by this afternoon with mostly cloudy skies. Even though it might feel muggier today, we will stay dry throughout the day so you can keep the umbrella at home until this weekend.

On Friday a frontal system will begin to approach the area and eventually stall out across the Deep South. This will bring some extra cloudiness and scattered showers into the forecast for the weekend. Temperatures will stay in the lower 80s with lows remaining above average in the lower 60s.
