MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Similar thunderstorm action to previous evenings is setting up now, with scattered activity possibly leading to wind boundary clashes and new storms forming. A few of these have already created a strong wind risk in south Georgia, and even though some areas had lighter showers already, we still may experience new development during the early evening with brief intensity. Conditions settle down late tonight as a clearing trend commences, and lows will fall to the mid to upper 70s. More heat Thursday, with highs between 90° at the coast to 99° inland, and feels-like readings around 102° to 110° before more showers and storms form. There may be greater coverage of clouds and rain late tomorrow if storms become more organized in the middle of the Deep South. This may also lead to broader rain coverage Friday and Saturday.
