MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
It is so warm and humid today, that summer-like late-afternoon showers have bubbled up over the Suwannee Valley, moving west-northwest through the earl evening time frame. These showers are not strong, but may produce locally heavy rain and isolated cases of lightning. Moisture overnight and nearly calm conditions will lead to another round of fog by sunrise, and extremely mild lows around 70°. Once the clouds break, temps will soar again to the mid to upper 80s, with chances for afternoon showers and a couple of thunderstorms appearing once more. We'll stay very warm all the way through Saturday, even as our next cold front nears. We should have slight cooling by Sunday with clouds and rain, and closer-to-average readings for early next week.
