Storm Team Wednesday evening forecast (09/02/2015)

MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

The low-pressure disturbance carried clouds and scattered showers over the eastern parts of the region, but is in a departing mode.  Clouds have begun breaking in many areas, and further clearing is forecast for parts where clouds currently linger.  Isolated showers in south-central Georgia will also diminish.  Overnight, lows will reach the low and mid 70s with areas of clear sky.  The local wind flow will be mainly northwest to west, which will support extra warming along with additional sunshine.  Highs will top out in the low and mid 90s.  However, the heat will likely trigger a seabreeze, causing winds to clash and afternoon shower and storm pockets to develop.  Near-average afternoon rain chances stretch into the weekend, when a modest front approaches from the northeast.  Temps for the holiday weekend will be seasonably warm.
