MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
After some low-level moisture created persistent cloudiness, the warming sun helped to break the cloud deck in many areas late today. Tonight, some layers of clouds may redevelop as the northeast wind continues and temps fall overnight into the low 60s interior to mid 60s elsewhere. The cloud cover and light breeze will keep readings from falling to very chilly levels. Once the clouds disperse Thursday, we'll see a temperature boost back into the low and mid 80s for highs in the afternoon. The moisture that's been lurking off the east coast may scrape some eastern areas with an isolated shower, but by the weekend, winds shift from the east to southeast, which may force the moisture to move in our general direction and increase rain probabilities through early next week. Low temps will also rise back above average.
