MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

There is sunlight at the end of this otherwise cloudy tunnel ... but before we reach the brightness, we'll have to endure some passing showers.  An upper-atmosphere system will reach the area Thursday, keeping cloudiness in place and producing passing shower activity.  Temperatures will remain cool, and that should help keep any rain action on the relatively tame side, with no indications for thunderstorms.  Coastal and southern sections (Florida Big Bend) may have broader coverage of showers than compared in interior locations.  Lows will fall into the mid 40s, then temps gradually rise back into the 50s, peaking in the middle 50s.  As the sky clears Friday morning, the sunshine will dominate for most of the day.  The weekend starts chilly and clear, with Sunday becoming partly cloudy with near-seasonable temperatures.
