TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - After a cooler than normal start this morning, things quickly warmed into the upper 60s and low 70s around the area, and it looks like today is the coolest day in the forecast period. Temps only fall to near 50° tonight as clouds start to build back in. By Thursday afternoon, we could see one or two showers closer to the coastline but the bigger story comes on Friday where we could see 2" to 4" of fresh rainfall on already saturated grounds and waterways. Therefore, if you live near Big Bend or Suwannee River waters you should keep your eyes on potential floods. The rain could linger into the AM hours of Saturday, but the good news is that we remain dry for Easter. Temps on Sunday start off in the low 50s and rebound into the upper 80s by the afternoon.
